SCOTUS rules on abortion, transgender bathrooms

Abortion:

The Supreme Court reversed a lower-court ruling on Tuesday which had originally reversed a law saying that aborted fetal remains must be buried or cremated in accordance with Indiana law. This law was signed by Vice President Mike Pence when he was Governor of the Crossroads state. SCOTUS did not address the lower court’s ruling that knocked down the part of the law that banned abortions because tests found an abnormality.

Transgender bathroom rules:

With no comment, SCOTUS left in place a lower-court ruling that was in favor of the Boyertown, Pa., school district that lets some transgender students use bathrooms and locker rooms that they choose, matching their gender identity.
