BIBIBOP Asian Grill, an Asian fusion restaurant, will soon be coming to Grove City.
According to a company Facebook page, the newest location of the Columbus-based chain will be located at 1656 Stringtown Rd., in the Parkway Centre North shopping plaza. The center is currently anchored by Home Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy and Khol’s. The new restaurant will be the company’s 12th location in central Ohio.
BIBIBOP was started in 2013, in Columbus, Ohio, by South Korean immigrant Charley Shin. The eatery features traditional Korean food with a new-world spin. Since Korean dishes are thoughtfully crafted, the food served is presented beautifully and displays a harmony of color.
In the six years since BIBIBOP first opened, the company has grown to 32 locations in Ohio, Illinois, California, Maryland and Washington, D.C..
